Deputy Mayor replaces the Mayor (in his absence) in the management of the current cases of the city and in inspection the work of the City Hall. Deputy Mayor also coordinates the activities
and conducts supervision over the work of subordinate organizational units. Deputy Mayor has
a function of representing the Mayor, accepts materials addressed to the Mayor and Council to the Mayor and Council and keeps an eye on the work quality of the City Hall.
Deputy Mayors make decisions on individual cases of public administration, sign documents and correspondences and within their competences with the authorization of the Mayor of Puławy.

Town Clerk
The Town Clerk ensures the fluent functioning of the Town Hall, the proper conditions for its operation and proper work organization.
The Town Clerk presents drafts of the organizational rules of the Town Hall, pursues the policy of human resource management and remuneration policies established by the Mayor. The Town Clerk oversees the implementation of new methods of work organization, coordinates the activities of the Town Hall in terms of organization and improving the quality of their work.
The Town Clerk of the Puławy may carry out specific tasks on behalf of the Mayor.
